Correct Application
A single, long, thick, curled synthetic lash is partially dipped into medical grade surgical adhesive then laid on a single natural lash a fraction away from the eyelid, never touching the skin of the eyelid. They feel and look amazingly natural!
Care
The adhesive needs up to 48 hours to cure and harden. Keeping them dry during this time will produce the strongest bond possible.
Avoid extreme heat and oils:
- Use oil-free mascara and eye cleanser;
- Apply creams carefully around the eye.

Not Lash Extensions!
These are clusters or tabs applied with inappropriate adhesive.
The examples to the left are of clusters & flares meant for single-use but are often sold as lash extensions for longer-term use and applied with semi-permanent adhesive, causing irritation, soreness & loss of real lashes.
Our expert-trained work will never hurt and will always look natural.
Examples of Unprofessional Work
If lashes are applied to the skin, in clumps/sets across several existing lashes, your eyes and your mirror will not appreciate you. Flares and Cluster Lashes are shortcuts. These products are too heavy for your existing eyelashes and can inhibit future re-growth causing bald spots in your lash line because these can cause your natural lashes to break off.
Properly Applied Lash Extensions
At Flutters Lash Studio, we have witnessed this work and the unhealthy effects upon the eyes/eyelids. Our lashes are always applied individually to one natural eyelash. If you have received work other than this, we can remove your current application and recommend a proper course of action to achieve the look you desire.
